Yvan Gilardi, graduated from the catering school of Thonon-les-bains, in ‘Haute Savoie’, worked 14 years in fine dining restaurants and spent 6 of these years at the well-known restaurant ‘Oustalet Maianen’.
Since June 2006, he is the Chef of ‘Le Hameau des Baux’, an exceptional hotel restaurant in the heart of ‘Les Alpilles’ and located in the village ‘Le Paradou’.
Because the chef particularity is to put his knowledge at the service of individuals, he created ‘La Toque à Domicile’. From the purchase of fresh products only to the creation of courses, he invites you to experience and share his esquire cuisine at your house and takes care of every detail.
At your service, he will not only suggest menus but will also adapt himself to the desires of his customers and will give professional advices for the choice of wines.
